Custard Cottage (sleeps 6 + 1 dog)
Luxury property with stunning views of the tidal estuary and Cadair mountain range. Walk into Barmouth or head out to explore the coast, countryside and culture in Southern Snowdonia and North Wales. As sweet as its name, this charming cottage will feel like a home from home right away. Superb views will tempt you outside and cosy furnishings, tranquil tones and the wood burner-effect electric fire will make you want to return for a snug evening with loved ones.

2 Glandwr (sleeps 8 + 2 dogs)
With lovely views across the Dyfi Estuary, this impressive four-storey holiday home makes a wonderfully relaxing getaway for larger families and groups of friends discovering picturesque Aberdyfi. Step out the front door of this magnificent townhouse and onto Aberdovey’s picturesque seafront. A gentle stroll (less than 0.5 miles) will bring you to the heart of the village, where you’ll find charming cafes and a gorgeous sandy beach. Set at the southern tip of Snowdonia National Park, you’ll also be perfectly placed for mountain and lakeside walks. The spacious property features a vast kitchen/diner for entertaining and boasts stunning sea views from many of its windows.

Cysgod Y Coed (sleeps 10 + 3 dogs)
Newly refurbished property set in the splendid Welsh countryside, close to the historic town of Lampeter. A perfect venue to create great memories with family and friends. Enjoy long woodland walks and strolls along the River Teifi right from your doorstep. Adjacent to the family home is a double garage that’s been converted into a games room, including table football, dartboard, ping pong table, rowing machine and a separate snooker room on the upper floor. With over 4 acres of land, you can have great fun setting up a family relay race or a game of rounders before relaxing in the hot tub while someone lights the BBQ. The patio has plenty of space and garden furniture for guests to dine outside together and soak up the tranquil surroundings of this amazing home.

Great Escape Glamping (sleeps 8 + 2 dogs)
Hidden in the heart of the hills, this private nest of beautiful handmade shepherds’ huts provide the ultimate glamping adventure. Relax by the stream or gather around the fire pit in the evenings. This group of 4 exquisite huts is exclusively yours tucked away in the hills, yet just a run back down the hill into Hay-on-Wye, complete with gorgeous little shops and eateries. A babbling brook, peaceful location and the dramatic expanse of the Brecon Beacons Dark Sky Reserve overhead, this is a perfect retreat to re-connect and get back to nature….or have a little glamping party with your mates!
