Merchant House (sleeps 7)
The comfortable, well-equipped four-bedroom home with an open fire in the living room, spacious kitchen, and patio. Located in the heart of the vibrant and characterful south Devon fishing village of Shaldon. Merchant House is conveniently situated directly on the main street, an ideal retreat in a perfect location, with private parking ( 5 minutes walking distance ), and close to the sheltered beach. This coastal retreat boasts a warm and friendly feel throughout.

St Michael's Ridge (sleeps 9)
St. Michael’s Ridge is a spacious detached property with panoramic views over Haldon Moor, the river Teign, and Shaldon estuary. The spacious garden patio and lawn with a pizza oven make it perfect for alfresco dining. Your well-behaved dog is welcome on the ground floor. This beautifully maintained and fully equipped property is a short walk into Shaldon. Free Wi-Fi.

Sea Maiden (sleeps 4)
From your allocated parking spaces, steps lead down to Sea Maiden. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxing stress-free holiday, including a gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A pass-through opens the space giving great views of the sea and interaction into and beyond the second sitting/ dining room. The sitting room has uninterrupted views over the bay, a three-seater sofa, two leather “lazy-boy” chairs and a feature fireplace. The sliding patio door opens onto the deck, where guests can watch stunning sunrises.

Frog Cottage ( sleeps 5)
Frog Cottage is a beautifully furnished & decorated 3 bedroom, pet-friendly holiday home in the center of Combeinteignhead Village in Devon. Sympathetically renovated to a very high standard, with exposed ceiling beams throughout and retaining much of its original charm and character.
