Scarborough North Bay - Dog Friendly Beach in Scarborough, Yorkshire
North Bay is a less well known beach than the dramatic South Bay, yet it is just as attractive, sweeping and backed by cliffs, also enjoying golden sands.
As you'd expect at Scarborough, there are plenty of attractions at hand, in this case a miniature railway line and Sea Life Centre, as well as crazy golf.
The beach is safe for bathing, with lifeguards on patrol during the season.
With Scarborough Castle standing guard on the horizon, this is a safe and family friendly beach.
