The Good Life
We're a dog friendly property, we just ask that you keep your four legged friend downstairs whilst staying in the cottage and off the furniture.

Yorkshire has some beautiful spots to explore and our handy outhouse is great for storing bikes, muddy boots or even buckets and spades for building sandcastles on the beach.

In the outhouse we also have a washing machine and dryer as well as a sink for cleaning muddy boots or paws.

Scarborough Harbour
Scarborough Harbour has been at the heart of the North Yorkshire seaside town for as long as it has existed. Today it is home to cafes, restaurants, bars, pleasure boats, working boats and fishing boats.

It played a vital part of Britain's maritime industry over the years. Scarborough was given the go ahead for a new port by Henry III as it was considered of great importance to Northern trade.  The fishing industry was also key to the success of the port. It is a lovely place to go for a walk and enjoy the view from one of the three piers, head out on a speed boat ride or even try your hand at fishing.
