No.2 Staycations - Dog Friendly Accommodation in Filey, Yorkshire
Superb, quirky, and comfortable holiday accommodation for 2 on the North Yorkshire Coast just outside the beautiful and popular seaside town of Filey.
We have two options, The Shepherds Hut and The Train Wagon. Both have well equipped kitchen areas, shower room, wood burning hot tub, private decking and garden, firepit, bbq and alfresco cooking facilities.
Dogs are welcome at No.2- our huts have space for 2 larger dogs or 3 smaller ones.
We offer Short Breaks and longer stays. Please contact us directly for long weekends and stays of 4 or more nights.
The Shepherd's Hut
Hidden away in your own private garden, the Shepherd's Hut is the perfect place for a romantic weekend away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
Situated on the outskirts of Filey, North Yorkshire, its close to beaches, the Yorkshire Wolds and the Cleveland Way, as well as the larger coastal town of Scarborough. This makes it ideal for those who enjoy exploring the countryside, but still want the conveniences of modern life within easy reach.
Surrounded by trees, and on its own decking area, the garden of the Shepherd's Hut has a wood-fired hot tub for two.
Spend the morning sunbathing on the deckchairs, listening to the animals in the neighbouring fields. If you're quiet enough (and he's feeling brave!) our resident robin might just pay you a visit.
Everyone loves an evening round a fire pit- and the Shepherd's Hut's doesn't disappoint. Not only does it turn into a BBQ, but it comes complete with a tripod and pans, that allows you to cook anything from chili con carne to locally caught fish.
The Train Wagon
Nestled by the side of the railway, our vintage, converted Train Wagon is a delightful place for couples of all ages, and train enthusiasts alike.
Situated on the outskirts of Filey, North Yorkshire, by the Cleveland Way and Yorkshire Wolds, as well as the larger coastal town of Scarborough (where you can often spot a steam train), there's plenty of activities on your doorstep. Its a little slice of heaven, with the conveniences of modern life in easy reach.
