Superb, quirky, and comfortable holiday accommodation for 2 on the North Yorkshire Coast just outside the beautiful and popular seaside town of Filey.

We have two options, The Shepherds Hut and The Train Wagon. Both have well equipped kitchen areas, shower room, wood burning hot tub, private decking and garden, firepit, bbq and alfresco cooking facilities.

Dogs are welcome at No.2- our huts have space for 2 larger dogs or 3 smaller ones.

We offer Short Breaks and longer stays. Please contact us directly for long weekends and stays of 4 or more nights.

The Train Wagon
Nestled by the side of the railway, our vintage, converted Train Wagon is a delightful place for couples of all ages, and train enthusiasts alike.

Situated on the outskirts of Filey, North Yorkshire, by the Cleveland Way and Yorkshire Wolds, as well as the larger coastal town of Scarborough (where you can often spot a steam train), there's plenty of activities on your doorstep. Its a little slice of heaven, with the conveniences of modern life in easy reach.

Have breakfast at the bar listening to the animals in the neighbouring fields, or take a seat on the old railway sleepers whilst you fire up the BBQ. On an evening, watch out for the barn owl hunting or the bats flitting round the trees.

Hidden away, on its own decking area, the garden of the Train Wagon has a wood-fired hot tub for two.

The garden of the Train Wagon has different seating areas, plants, trees and water features, where you can lose yourselves for hours.

The Train Wagon comes equipped with all the essentials you need to relax and unwind. The kitchen has everything you need to make a light meal, a fold-away table and chair set to maximise space, and a power shower to wash the day away.  With a built in fridge-freezer, a cosy double bed, smart TV and WIFI, once you're through the gates you can truly escape.

Hidden away in your own private garden, the Shepherd's Hut is the perfect place for a romantic weekend away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
