Orchard Cottage (sleeps 2)
Cosy, yet spacious, this lovely cottage is ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside. Set around our idyllic courtyard with our other cottages Orchard cottage is a good central base. Friendly owners live on-site to help you make the most of your stay. Just a 10 minute walk down the road in the village of Exelby you’ll find our community-owned village pub serving delicious food and craft beers. Two miles away is the old Georgian market town of Bedale with a good selection of independent shops, pubs, charming cafes and a leisure centre with a swimming pool.

Ploughman's Cottage (sleeps 2)
Ploughman’s Cottage is a cosy single storey holiday cottage perfect for a couple wanting a relaxing break. Set around our idyllic courtyard with our other cottages Ploughman’s cottage is a great place to relax or go out and explore what the countryside has to offer.

The private patio is lovely in summer for some late afternoon reading or an early evening alfresco glass of wine.

Daleview Cottage (sleeps 4)
Daleview Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage.  Set around our idyllic courtyard with our other cottages Daleview cottage is a relaxing place to spend some quality time with family and a fantastic base from which to head out and explore the beautiful national parks and some of the exciting family attractions that the area has to offer.

Farrier's Cottage (sleeps 4)
Farriers Cottage is an ideal holiday cottage for friends or family to get together. Overlooking our garden courtyard Farriers Cottage is a great place to spend some time relaxing amongst the tranquil countryside.

For those venturing from the cottages, it provides a fantastic base from which to head out and explore the beautiful national parks. There are nearby attractions for all ages, interests and weather.

Miller's Cottage (sleeps 4/5)
Millers Cottage is a quirky upside down detached holiday cottage. With a patio to the side and looking out over the fields, the cottage is a popular choice with families looking for a spacious accommodation.

With a large beamed living room and dining kitchen upstairs, and 2 good sized bedrooms downstairs you have plenty of space to relax when not out exploring the North Yorkshire countryside and local attractions.

Granary Cottage (sleeps 6/7)
Granary Cottage is a spacious and bright holiday cottage comprising of three bedrooms, two living spaces with a bathroom on each floor.

Sleeping up to seven people the cottage is fantastic for larger families or groups wanting to explore the North Yorkshire Dales. This well-equipped holiday cottage provides a relaxing holiday home and an ideal base for walking, cycling, or other outdoor pursuits.
