Bewdley Boarding Kennels and Cattery

“We have used this kennels for the last twelve years and could not praise it higher and have recommended it to others.However ,lately the standard of management and staff has fallen considerably.We checked in January that our dog could have on of their kennels with its own outside run for a week in mid-September and were told yes.We then booked our holiday and telephoned them to confirm the booking.When we arrived on the day before our holiday, we were told that we did not have the booked kennel 'as it had not been written down'.No apology was forthcoming and indeed it was made to sound our fault. They did promise to put him in the right kennel for 7 of the 10 days.We were not very happy with leaving him like this but had no choice.On return we were told we had not left them with enough of his medication.In spite of giving them written instructions, they had given him two tablets a day instead of the prescribed one and a half - thanks goodnes we were not away for a fortnight! Again the explanation was it was not written down - our fault again? Needless to say we will never be taking our dog to this kennel again.”
