K9 Capers Dog Walking - Dog Walking Service in Worthing, West Sussex
K9 Capers! was started in October 2019 after walking dogs for several years.
My approach is based on my Ethos that "Its not just a Dog Walk".
I have four decades of experience working with, and training dogs in Agility, Obedience and Working Trials and I believe passionately in what I do and am very lucky as a result to have so many canine buddies as my reward.
I see myself as the bus driver and tour guide for my dogs and have a responsibility to them to ensure the most fun than can be had on a walk, is had by all. I like to return all my dogs back to their homes, both tired and stimulated so they can rest, ready for the next adventure.
Many behavioural issues can arise from insufficient exercise and stimulation, so on my walks I try to include as much of each as we can.
Mostly I do terrain walks in the countryside, at the woods or beach, we also include ponds, cattle troughs, rope swings and usually a number of balls and sticks and anything the dogs may enjoy, some of them even climbing trees. Anything to ensure that everyone has a fun adventure.
I offer various additional services to accommodate owners needs and I understand that peoples circumstances can change suddenly, causing them various problems, so I am 100% committed and completely flexible in my approach to assisting with a resolution.
I am totally dedicated in the services I give, and to all my owners needs, and take great care over the welfare of all the dogs in my charge. However I never lose sight of the fact that every dog is someones loved one entrusted to me.
I cater for all breeds, big or small, group or solo and training walks. I am also happy to assist with behavioural issues based on my experiences and knowledge acquired over the years and am available to my owners 24/7 if needed.
My services are available to any owner who would like my help or advice, and for me it is all about the dogs.
Owners wishes and needs are paramount but so is the welfare and happiness of every dog in my care.
I have a spacious, air conditioned van with purpose built caging that is secure and comfortable.
I am fully insured and Canine First Aid trained and offer a comprehensive range of additional services for owners complete peace of mind.
