We love this walk, If you can get up early enough you get to see lots of deer. You walk though woods all the way to the top of Bignor Hill which has lovely views all round.

If you don't like walking up hills then you may want to give it a miss, as although not very steep it does go on for a while.

Lost of paths of this walk to explore or get lost in so have fun...

Reviews

“Had a really lovely walk today at Whiteways parking is easy and there are lots of flat parts to walk. It was also beautifully cool for the dogs! Will definitely be going again it was so nice to have a quick drink in the little café as well”

“Huge area with lots of paths, beautiful walk! Can't wait to see the place in different seasons.”

“Whiteways is a haven for dog walkers or build up training for horses. You can park your car and restrict yourself to an hour or two in ever increasing rings, following so many tracks, or you can make your way for what seems forever and reach the summit. I usually take a Sunday walk in this area and then lunch in the pub at Houghton, where my dog is allowed. Every season has a new surprise up there”
