Concierge Camping - Dog Friendly Campsite In Chichester, West Sussex

Concierge Camping at Ratham Estate opened for business in April 2015. From its very first year, the campsite was awarded the AA South East Campsite of the Year and both a Premier Park and Best of British holiday park status. Continuous improvements and an obsessive attention to detail have now led to the prestigious AA ‘Campsite of the Year’ England and Overall Winner 2019.

The Ratham Estate is situated in West Ashling near Chichester – (see location map). Steeped in history, it’s mentioned in the Domesday Book and originates from the 15th century. A working farm until the 1990s, the estate has three Grade II listed properties on site which include a charming circular thatched chapel, the original water mill and farmhouse.

Current owners, Lord and Lady Hodgkin, purchased the estate in 2011 and are bringing it back to its former glory. In 2015 they created a luxury touring park on a large area of the estate.

Our facilities
You will find 27 spacious and fully serviced, hardstanding pitches tastefully landscaped into the rural surroundings available all year round.

Each generous pitch is framed with hedging for seclusion and privacy. We offer three sizes of fully-serviced pitch; with hard-standings of 8m x 6.5m suitable for smaller European style motorhomes and an awning, or 14m x 6m that can accommodate larger American Style RVs or Car / Caravans, one awning or tent can be erected on all pitches but on the hardstanding only.

Unique to Concierge Camping is our 15m x 8m Emperor pitches. These fabulous pitches have day living Safari tents on them; housing fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink unit with granite worktops, dining area and log burning stove helping to keep you cozy and warm on cooler days.

Dogs
We are always happy to see dogs at Concierge Camping, especially well-behaved dogs with waggly tails! We allow up to three dogs per pitch.
