This beautiful Warwickshire bed and breakfast exudes character and style.  Antiques and contemporary art sit comfortably together in the large elegant drawing room, which is for the exclusive use of our guests.  The delightfully quiet and restful grounds, complete with gazebo and tennis court, offer three acres of landscaped mature gardens that slope down to the River Stour, ideal for picnics. Jane greets her guests with tea and homemade cake and in the Summer, we serve tea on the terrace.

The perfect base from which to explore the variety of local attractions and places to visit, The Old Manor House is a mere 90 minutes drive from London and is also easily accessible by train.
