“We have been using Dog Sit & Stay now for a couple of years and we will never use anyone else. Our dog didn’t like going into kennels, he always care back stressed out and then we were introduced to Gerrard & Christine. Our dog, Milo, doesn’t want to come home when he has been to stay! He enjoys two lovely walks a day and loves playing with all his doggy friends. Last time we picked him up he was too tired to even get excited about the fact we had come back to pick him up after two weeks!! Highly recommend! ”

“Gerard and Christina were recommended to me by my Dog Groomer as I was asking him if he knew of anywhere I could get my dog looked after. I have been very impressed with their professionalism offering a visit to the premises and a stay over to get to know if they would be a suitable place for Willow to be on her holidays. Also Gerard was quite happy for me to join him on dog walks so Willow could get used to him and the dogs. My dog is quite needy and she loved it there, Gerard is very encouraging, I would say we are not just clients now but friends as well. Willow is allowed to go wherever she wants, even sleeps on Gerard’s bed if she wants to or cuddled up with the other dogs, you’re u get plenty of photo updates while you’re in dog is staying there, so you’re u can see what a wonderful time she is having, nothing is too much trouble to either Gerard or Christina, I would definitely recommend them.”

“Arthur is a Long Haired Dachshund who is very loving and an extremely friendly dog, well known around the area. We used a dog sitting group that has foster or holiday homes that he used to go to whenever we went away, my only concerns were that there was no continuity and Arthur could end up with strangers. We were told about Dog sit and Stay by a friend so tried them out. After the first introductory night we knew Arthur would be well looked after. Gerard and Christina offer a home from home service, we know our have is well cared for, with all the home comforts he would have at home apart from Milo and Lulu and others dogs to play with. We recommend Dog Sit and Stay to all our doggy friends now and wouldn't dream of booking him in anywhere else. We book months, even a year ahead to make sure hes with like minded people who will love and look after our Arthur”

“We’ve never left Jaffa with anyone but family, so we were stumped when we were going away with the family for two weeks, We considered many options, but came across Gerard on Facebook. The whole experience was brilliant! Jaffa is a bit of a nervous dog, but the introduction of taking some walks with Gerard and his pack, followed by an overnight stay, was both reassuring and enlightening (turns out she wasn’t as nervous as I thought!) She’s a fairly big dog and needs exercise off lead. I was grateful that Gerard is prepared to let his borders run free with our permission. That takes a lot of confidence! We had daily pictures on their long walks, so we didn’t feel we were missing out. A really great experience. She’s booked in again for next month!!”

“Leaving my 6 months old puppy with someone else was a very stressful for me, but once I met Gerard my worries disappeared. Such a lovely gentleman, not just a very friendly dog person, his knowledge about dogs gave me the peace of mind I needed. The instalations were superb, heated conservatory full of comfy cushions for the dogs and even their own sofa with blankits !!! ... Plenty space in his secured house garden for my dog to run free and access to the house too. Frost spent 5 days with "uncle Gerard" and I would not hesitate to use this service in the future.”

“My 2 girls have spent 10 days with Gerrard and Christine and I had no worries about their care whilst I was away. Lots of regular photo updates received seeing them happy put my mind at rest. They had lots of varied walks and our one dog with an allergy was given medication and treated by Gerrard as we would at home. Great introduction session took place before we went away to ensure they would cope in a strange environment which is a nice touch when choosing where to leave your babies. Gerrard and Christine have a great knowledge of dogs and my girls had a fab holiday too. Will be booking them in again next time!”

“What a lovely home from home environment to leave your dog. Archie has had day visits and overnight stays. I would not hesitate to leave him for a week or more. I don't like the idea of boarding kennels so this is perfect. My dog has the run of the house including beds and plenty of exercise. I take my own food but the owners always offer their own to. So friendly, kind and reassuring. I wouldn't leave my dog with anyone else !! ”
