As with all National Trust beaches on Gower, Rhossili bay is dog friendly all year round.

“The jewel in the crown, not just of the Gower beaches, but across the UK (at least!). Peaceful, photogenic, and a day out in itself. It is a steep walk up and down from the Rhossili end, but you can get to the other end, park in the private campsite and walk through the dunes if this is a problem. Dogs love it, they can paddle and bark and chase around without bothering anyone else all through the year. Kids and adults love it because it just gives you an amazing sense of space! Be aware dogsneed to be on a lead to get to the beach as the path goes through sheep grazing. You can also walk over to worms head if the tide is right. ”
