“I was happy to hear that Lucy had started up a grooming service, and booked my beloved Cockapoo Buddy in for a groom and health check. Almost immediately Lucy identified a problem that I wasn’t even aware of and gave me great advice and took first class care of Buddy. We ended up at the vets (without a hair cut!) and Lucy kept in touch as Buddy was having treatment, checking in and offering further helpful advice. Once fully recovered, Lucy was able to groom Buddy and complete his health check. She also gave me honest and expert advice on dental care and food. I have used several groomers over the years (due to moving) but Lucy provides the best service by far-and Buddy has never looked so good! Her grooming parlour is beautiful and Lucy is so kind, caring and professional. Buddy actually came out smiling!”
