Avocet (sleeps 2)
Avocet is a beautiful, spacious, one-bed ground-floor apartment. Recently refurbished throughout and presented to create a rustic coastal feel to really enhance your time by the sea. French doors lead out into a pretty courtyard garden that is fully enclosed and a sun trap, a perfect spot to unwind with your morning coffee or evening drink. Table and chairs with a parasol, plus two sun loungers and a BBQ are all provided.  The beach is less than a 2 minute walk away. A convenience store is a few doors away and a local pub with great views and food is at the end of the road.

Sandpiper (sleeps 4)
Sandpiper is a delightful two-bed ground floor apartment with open-plan living and an enclosed garden. Sandpiper has recently been refurbished and thoughtfully put together to create a rustic coastal charm to enhance your time by the sea. Benefiting from a social open plan kitchen lounge diner, a beautiful main bedroom, a cosy second bedroom, and an enclosed rear courtyard garden, you will really feel at home. Pakefield Beach is under 4 minutes away at the end of the road. Pubs, shops, restaurants and take away’s are all within easy walking distance and there’s even a great fish and chip shop at the end of the road too!

Seagull Cottage (sleeps 4)
Seagull Cottage is a spacious yet cosy two-bed cottage that has been sympathetically refurbished retaining many original features whilst adding modern luxuries. It is thoughtfully presented to create a coastal rustic feel to enhance your time by the sea. The pretty sunny garden is fully enclosed and has a table and chairs with a parasol, a sofa, two loungers, and a BBQ. Perfect for your morning coffee or evening drink or a spot of al fresco dining after a long day on the beach or exploring the local area. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Local shops are a few doors away and local pubs and restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk.

Curlew Cottage (sleeps 4)
Curlew Cottage is a very homely two bed cottage that has been refurbished throughout to a high standard. It is thoughtfully presented to create a rustic coastal feel to enhance your time by the sea. The pretty sunny rear garden is fully enclosed and has a table and chairs with a parasol as well as a sofa, two loungers, and a BBQ. Perfect for your morning coffee or evening drink after a long day on the beach or exploring. Curlew Cottage is less than a ten minute walk from the beach. Local shops are at the end of the road and local pubs and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
