Welcome to the Court Farm Holiday Cottages which we hope will give you all the information you need about our three charming, holiday cottages located in the village of Exford in the heart of Exmoor National Park and the many things there are to do in the surrounding area.



Mountain Ash and Rowan cottages have two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and sleep up to four adults, Snowdrop cottage is a one-bedroom cottage sleeping two adults. All are well-equipped, non-smoking & dog-friendly - follow the links for more details on each. You will also find information on special offers, the many things there are to see and do in and around Exmoor whatever the weather, and information on local events. We are open all year round and you can be assured of a warm welcome, here in the heart of beautiful Exmoor.

Located on the border of Devon and West Somerset in the village of Exford, Court Farm Holiday Cottages are positioned on a bridleway adjacent to the River Exe. Ideally situated for walkers, riders, cyclists, dogs and their owners and anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the true English countryside. England’s largest wild animal, the Red Deer and the endangered Exmoor Pony can all be seen on Exmoor close to Court Farm. Find out more on how to explore Exmoor here. The excellent food pubs and village shops in Exford are less than a 10 minute walk away while the beaches of North Devon are only a 40 minute drive away. Rowan Cottage
Rowan Cottage is one of our two bedroom barn-conversions, converted from a cow barn in about 2000. The neighbouring cottage Mountain Ash is a mirror image of Rowan.



Downstairs there is a large lounge with leather sofas and flat screen TV. The large kitchen/diner is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome downstairs only but a dog gate is provided to prevent them from going upstairs.

The back door is a stable-type door which opens into a fenced private garden laid mainly to lawn. There is a rotary washing line and garden chairs and table.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds and a shared bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom has TV and tea-making facilities. Snowdrop
Snowdrop is our stone-built one-bedroom holiday cottage which is adjacent to the main farmhouse.



The ground floor lounge has a sofa, dining table and chairs, flat screen Freesat satellite TV and a log burner. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
