Milo’s Best Friends - Dog Day Care in Muxton, Shropshire
Milo’s Best Friends is a home-based doggy daycare service for sociable small breed dogs, covering Muxton and it’s surrounds. It is licenced by the local council, 5* rated and insured so you can use the service with confidence.
It is owned and operated by Karen Horton. She has worked in dog care for nearly 7 years, has a clean DBS, a current Canine First Aid Certificate and a Level 3 Dog Care Diploma. She is committed to constant learning about dog care and animal welfare issues and is currently studying for a higher Level 4 qualification.
Milo’s Best Friends is also supported by the canine host – Milo himself! With a calm, mature and easy going manner, he assists in integrating new clients into doggy daycare, whether they are shy, social butterflies or puppies with a lot to learn.
Our clients……
Before accepting dogs as new clients, Milo’s Best Friends carry out an assessment to check their vaccination record, general personality and behaviour around us and other dogs. We take small sized dogs over the age of 14 weeks, who are fully vaccinated (inc. KC) and have regular flea and worming treatments. We cannot accommodate unneutered males after the age of 1 year old, nor can we take bitches in or about to start their season. Most importantly we cannot take dogs that are not well socialised with other dogs.
