Castle Farm Holidays - Dog Friendly Glamping in Ellesmere, Shropshire

In addition to our four glamping pods, we now have Bluebell, a cosy shepherd’s hut with a hot tub, double bed and sofa bed, sleeping up to four. This was built and installed in 2018.

Our pods were installed in June 2017 and come in three different levels – Beech and Oak are ‘standard’ pods, Willow is a ‘standard’ pod with its own private hot tub, whilst Ash pod has a double bed with a separate sofa. All of the standard pods sleep up to four, either as two single beds or one quadruple bed, whilst Ash pod sleeps two on a ‘proper’ double bed. Generally, you can bring up to two well-behaved dogs too.

The well lit, modern showers ,toilet facilities and washing-up facilities are in a neighbouring block, built in 2017, and also feature a disabled wet-room. There’s a communal lounge too.

All five glamping units are in a field adjacent to a picturesque dingle, with overflying buzzards and views of the local church, and each come with their own picnic table opposite. BBQs are welcome – fire pits are available to hire.
