Escape to The Dinney where we offer you 6 delightful self catering holiday cottages and Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast in the heart of the Shropshire countryside. Our holiday cottages accommodate between 3 and 20 guests in both traditionally converted barns or contemporary new cottages. All have breathtaking panoramic views of the Severn Valley and south facing patios overlooking Chelmarsh Reservoir and RSPB bird reserve.

Rookery Cottage – sleeps 20
The Rookery is a stunning detached Holiday Cottage sleeping 20 in nine en-suite bedrooms.  The spacious open plan ground floor space has bi-fold doors onto a large south facing terrace with great waterside views.

Kingfisher Cottage – sleeps 14
A detached Holiday Cottage sleeping 14 in six en-suite bedrooms.  Decorated in a contemporary style, Kingfisher Cottage is perfect for family and group get-togethers throughout the year.

Cart Cottage – sleeps 6
Cart Cottage sleeps 6 and has been converted from a large tithe barn.  The cottage boasts original oak beams and mighty trusses.  Cart Cottage offers you spacious family accommodation.

Garden Cottage – sleeps 4
Garden Cottage offers unique ground floor accommodation in a wing off the Farmhouse, with stunning views of both Chelmarsh Lake and the Severn Valley.

Duck Cottage – sleeps 3
Duck Cottage has been converted from a large tithe barn leaving the original oak beams and mighty trusses in place.  The south facing patio overlooks Chelmarsh Reservoir.

Drake Cottage – sleeps 3
Drake Cottage has been converted from a traditional tithe barn preserving the original oak beams and mighty trusses, sympathetically decorated in a traditional style with oak floors.

Cottage Catering Service
Our popular Cottage Catering Service is available to group bookings in The Rookery and Kingfisher Cottage.  Delicious home cooked dishes using seasonal local produce, cooked in-house by Karen and Lorraine and delivered piping hot to your cottage at a pre-arranged time.

We have chosen dishes that will keep in the oven if your pre-dinner drinks overrun!

Cottage Catering is popular with guests on their first night following a day spent travelling – a special celebration or just a night away from the cooker!!
