A playground for hillwalkers and cyclists with the stunning Lammermuir hills to the north and the wild Cheviot Hills bordering England to the south. Walk the Abbeys way or the Pennine Way and visit Jedburgh, Drybrugh, Melrose and Kelso. World class fishing on the famous River Tweed and its tributaries. The views from this very comfortable cottage are far reaching and uninterrupted across the rolling Scottish Borders countryside, with the Cheviot Hills as a magnificent backdrop in the distance. Bartlehill cottage is a semi-detached traditional farm cottage set on a private road, in a quiet rural area between Kelso and Coldstream. A great location to explore the area. It is a peaceful and cosy bolt hole to come back to and spend time with family and friends. Really well equipped. High quality linen and bedding. Wood burning stove. Games room.
