Our Luxury Dog Friendly Lodges are situated in The Heritage Park, in the beautifully picturesque and family friendly Wiseman’s Bridge in West Wales.  Just a short walk away you’ll find the Pembrokeshire Coast with incredible views and award winning beaches.

Location
Nestling in the sheltered and peaceful Pleasant Valley and bearing testimony to its industrial past, Heritage Park has been developed and landscaped amongst the ruins of the old Stepaside Ironworks providing a stunning backdrop to this exclusive site and has recently been awarded a well deserved 5 star grading by Visit Wales.

A 15 minute walk along the woodland path, following the stream and the route established by the miners almost 200 years ago, takes you to Wisemans Bridge and located right on the beach is the popular Wiseman’s Bridge Inn serving a good range of food and drinks.  A further 20-25 minutes walk along the route of the old tramway, now part of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, takes you to the Blue Flag beaches of Coppet Hall and Saundersfoot with its colourful harbour, tourist information, shops and restaurants. The entire length of this path between Heritage Park and Saundersfoot is well maintained and suitable for bicyles, prams and pushchairs.

The picturesque harbour town of Tenby is within a 15 minute drive. Stroll the narrow cobbled streets of Tenby itself, visit the shops and galleries or just relax in one of the many cafes and restaurants.  Not to mention its fantastic Blue Flag beaches stretching to the north, the west, and the south of the town. There are many attractions only a short distance from our Lodges – Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton Activity Park and the televised Anna Ryder Richardson’s Welsh Zoo are just a few. Tranquility Lodge
This airy, spacious, dog friendly luxury lodge sleeps six people plus Infants with two Double Bedrooms and one Twin Bedroom, all fitted out to a high standard and with ample Wardrobe and Cupboard space.

There is a larger than average decking area, ideal for al-fresco dining and relaxing whilst surveying the beauty and peace of the Heritage Park. You may well hear the peacocks calling from the woods above.  You may even fancy a BBQ in the summer months on the paved area. There is parking for one car  outside the lodge with extra parking available close by within Heritage Park.

Serendipity Lodge
Our wonderful dog-friendly lodge boasts a perfect position amid the Pembrokeshire coast of Wiseman’s Bridge nestled in Stepaside.  

A relaxing short walk to Wisemans Bridge and within close reach to a vast array of historical landmarks, glorious beaches and mountains, Serendipity is the perfect base for anyone looking to explore this scenic part of Wales.

Continuing to impress are three well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom with an en-suite, an additional double bedroom and a twin bedroom, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit all guests. If you are visiting during the summer months, enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the wraparound veranda, where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner whilst soaking up the surroundings further.

The Hideaway
The Hideaway is a perfect size Lodge for couples or smaller groups and families and is dog friendly. Very well arranged and spacious, it boasts a high level of comfort and as with all our lodges, is very well equipped. Perfectly positioned in a quiet corner of the Heritage Park, immediately adjacent to the impressive preserved buildings of the Stepaside Ironworks.

Within easy reach of a vast array of historical landmarks, glorious beaches and mountains, ‘The Hideaway’ is the perfect base for anyone looking to explore this wonderful area of Wales.  After a day of exploring, you will love returning to relax and enjoy the comfort of ‘The Hideaway’.

There are two well-presented Double Bedrooms, one comprising a King Size bed with large ‘Walk In’ Wardrobe and Dressing Room, and the other with ‘Zip and Link‘ bed providing the option of a King sized or two Single Beds, large fitted wardrobes and a separate shower room.

You can enjoy alfresco dining on the wrap-around decked veranda and enjoy the sun all day within the beautiful surroundings of the Heritage Park.
