Meadowbrook Cottages - Dog Friendly Cottages in Thame, Oxfordshire

The Wynn family have been farming at Meadowbrook Farm with 500 acres of land for three generations now. The old barns were converted in 2002 into four luxury 4* country cottages, taking the names of their once original purpose: Byre Cottage (cattle shed), The Old Dairy (dairy parlour) and The Old Stable (stabling for horses).

The cottages are situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the pretty hamlet of 'Moreton'. Meadowbrook Farm is mainly arable but boasts a pedigree herd of Hereford Cattle which you will often see in the fields below the cottages along with a few horses.

There is no passing traffic past the cottages, making the farm a reclusive and peaceful retreat. Thame town is minutes away by car or walking across public footpath takes 10-15 minutes. There are numerous private walks on the farm and two large ponds with Koi Carp, ducks and plenty of wildlife.

Thame is a traditional, historic market town with a market every Tuesday. There are many places to eat to suit all tastes and local pubs in the surrounding villages. There is an abundance of activities with various cycle routes (Phoenix Trail) and The Oxfordshire Golf Course nearby.
