We are a family run business with a small collection of hand-picked luxury lodges and holiday homes on Felmoor Park, Northumberland. Established back in 2015, we provide a  5* service in providing you with an affordable but luxury break away.

The lodges and the holiday homes have been decorated and furnished to the highest of standards, boasting all the mod cons you would expect to find in a 5* break away.  Each property boasts its very own private hot tub, sunken into the terrace area. All of our properties are dog-friendly and at no additional cost.

We are situated in between Morpeth and Alnwick with Amble, Rothbury and Seahouses not far, making it the perfect base from which to explore the hidden gems and beauty of Northumberland.

Rambler’s Rest
Ramblers Rest is privately owned by Nicola Corn (owner of Acorn Leisure Holidays). The luxury holiday home has recently been refurbished to make it a beautiful experience for our guests.  Ramblers Rest is located on Felmoor Holiday Park, Northumberland. The two-bedroom holiday home boasts a wrap-around terrace area, perfect for you to relax and watch the world go by. At the rear of the holiday home, you will find a 4 seater hot tub sunken into the terrace providing you with complete privacy.

Woody’s Retreat
Acorn Leisure Holidays are the proud owners of Woody’s Retreat which is situated on a beautiful country park in the heart of Northumberland. The two-bedroom property boasts a spacious outdoor area for you to relax, dine, and watch the world go by. The newly built terrace area now has a deluxe sunken hot tub which can accommodate up to 6 people with ease.

Stag Lodge
Stag Lodge is sited opposite Woody’s Lodge, located on a quiet aspect of Felmoor Park, Northumberland. It’s a brand new premier 2 bedroom lodge. The two-bedroom property boasts a spacious outdoor area for you to relax, dine and take advantage of the hot tub that can accommodate up to 6 people with ease.

Woody's Lodge
Woody’s Lodge is a beautiful 3 bedroom property located in a quiet cul-de-sac on Felmoor Holiday Park, Northumberland. The three-bedroom lodge boasts a spacious outdoor area for you to relax and comes complete with a large deluxe hot tub that can accommodate up to 6 people with ease.

Explore
There are plenty of beautiful places to visit in and around Northumberland, from coastal walks to visiting the ruins of Dunstanburgh castle or seeing where the magic began for Harry Potter at Alnwick Castle, there really is something for everyone to enjoy.
We are not far from Alnwick and Morpeth so why not visit the local farmers markets, from pop up food stalls, quirky items, bargain sales, to purchasing some of our best local produce it certainly is worth a visit. It’s best to check out when each market is on and if there are any special events being held.

Close by to Felmoor Park you have the animal park with coffee shop, the main attraction is the Meerkats and feeding the animals popcorn. They also have a play area for the children, so if you are wanting to escape the tranquillity of the park and entertain the little ones than this is the place to visit.

At the gorgeous Heighley Gate Garden Centre, you will find a brand new dinosaur golf attraction. There’s a coffee shop for you to grab something to eat or drink and watch the children have a round of golf. The dinosaurs are animated too! Great for photos.
