Make Shepherds Cottage, The Bothy, Benthall House and Shepherds Lodge, self catering holiday cottages your base to explore the ‘Secret Kingdom’. Mains Cottages are situated just a few minutes away from the magnificent Heritage Coastline with miles of unspoilt beaches and some of the most beautiful scenery in the UK. Our region, quite rightly, has been designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.You will find something for everybody with a whole range of activities on the coast or in the glorious countryside including the Cheviot Hills.
Shepherds Cottage
Sleeps 8 to 10 people , perfect for large groups, family celebrations and get togethers.
Shepherds Cottage Beadnell. Built in the 1800’s this traditional stone cottage is situated in its own grounds on the outskirts of Beadnell village. Everywhere you look from the cottage or the garden you will find a fantastic view of the sea, Beadnell Bay and the Cheviots.

Shepherds Lodge is a newly built cabin within the grounds of Shepherds Cottage and The Bothy. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen are with views across the fields towards the sea. There are 2 double bedrooms (1 ensuite) and a twin room. French doors open onto a patio area.
