Wells Community Hospital Trust

Wells Community Hospital Trust is a local charity that provides a range of accessible, flexible, integrated health and wellbeing services to the communities of West & North Norfolk coastal villages and towns.

We provide support locally, with and by local people, so that our communities keep independent for longer, through the provision of high-quality clinical services and non-clinical therapeutic support in a safe environment. We also address a wide range of social, emotional and practical needs holistically enabling people to take greater control of their own health and wellbeing.

We are also dog friendly here both inside the building and on our grounds. Lovely dog walks nearby.
