Crabpot Cottages is fast becoming the go to, independent, small holiday cottage agency, on the Norfolk coast.   We offer quality holiday cottages Norfolk, with the personal touch.

All our holiday properties are inspected by us, and are places we would personally stay.   We have offices in both Sheringham and Hunstanton.  

Our aim is to bring you beautifully presented, holiday cottages that are family friendly, and mostly dog friendly, situated in the lesser known villages and coastal areas of North Norfolk. We want your holiday to be special from the moment you walk into one of our holiday cottages on the North Norfolk Coast

Our holiday cottages are just that, your home from home. They have nice linens and comfortable beds,  towels and central heating. We will leave you a little treat for your arrival and make sure the corkscrew is handy.

Strawberry Cottage (sleeps 4)

Strawberry Cottage is a quintessential Norfolk country cottage. The owners have lovingly restored the cottage to the comfortable and stylish home it is today. If you are looking for a holiday cottage in Snettisham, this could be the one.

Cockle Cottage (sleeps 4)
The cottage is situated right in the centre of Cromer.  It forms part of a conversion of an old Victorian Board School.  Some of the original architecture including the school gates are still standing. The windows and doors are all painted in the original colours of the school.  It is a pretty and historical development with a communal garden and a private  fenced cottage style private garden.  

Cockle Cottage has its own parking space close to the property.  There is a very safe and secret internal small courtyard in the property with bar stools and table so you can sit privately in the evening if you wish.  To the front of the cottage is a fenced area with seating.  The rest of the surrounding garden is communal with bird  feeders, benches and lovely planting.

Kirrin (sleeps 6)

Kirrin Cottage is a beautifully, and carefully, curated holiday cottage in Sheringham. Of course it is named after the house in Enid Blyton’s Famous Five books, the house where all the adventures start. So perfect for you to have your exciting Norfolk holiday adventure.

Kirrin Cottage is the much loved holiday home of Marilyn and Andrew, and their love for beautiful objects, furnishings and original local artworks is evident throughout the house. The cottage is a handsome, and traditional brick and flint property, in the centre of Sheringham, just a five minute walk to the beach and town centre. The accommodation is elegant and stylish, with some interesting vintage pieces and original artworks.
