Rather than sending your pets away for boarding, why not have someone ensure their care in familiar surroundings 24/7, with regular routines, in your own home?
I understand that sometimes animals cannot cope with different or unusual surroundings. This can distress pets, especially whilst their owners are away. At Paws Pet Sitting, my number one priority is your pet.
About me
After growing up with animals and spending the last twenty years in a customer service based career, I decided it was time for a change and put my love of animals to good use understanding there was a need for my service, having someone trustworthy with your home security and ensuring pets were not disrupted from their usual routine, providing lots of attention, whilst owners were away, from a short break to a long haul holiday. So became my business 'Paws Pet Sitting'. After speaking to many pet owners I found their was a need for my services.
Pet Sitting
I would stay in your home.
Pet/pet’s routines retained without the stress of leaving their own home.
Regular updates can be sent, photos, the odd email or text, putting your mind at rest.
Pets are never left at night.
Your home will be secure, doors locked, lights on, post, deliveries and bins collected.
No need to put the washing machine on, I would bring my own towels, bed linen and food supplies.
After the initial contact with me, a preliminary meeting will be mutually arranged to see you and your pets in your own home. There is a small charge for this INVALUABLE meeting, this allows me to gather information to ensure a smooth handover, when you leave for your break.
Dog Sitting
Your dog/dog’s can be walked daily, depending on their individual needs. Some have certain dietary or medical requirements, which is noted. Everyday attention, as a happy dog, usually means a happy owner.
Cat Sitting
Although often independent, cats still want their needs met. Regular grooming, routine feed times and being safe. In some cases, dogs I have sat for may have a cat as their companion, therefore rather than sending them away they can keep in their home also.
Additional Services
Shopping – I can get those essential shopping supplies ready for your return (bread, milk etc), for that desperate cup of tea once home.
Gardening – From clearing a few leaves and weeds to watering your precious plants inside and out, I can help take the worry out of returning back to dead plants and a mountain of gardening to complete.
Household Cleaning – Being there for bin collections, deliveries of post/parcels, having lights and blinds used as usual and of course your home will be left as clean as when you left to return to, can all become a bonus, when allowing me to stay in your home.

Over the last 36 years we have had a few dogs and therefore a few sitters and Stacy is the best and the nicest and most capable by far. “Stacey looked after our 1 year old whippet for the weekend (30/31st Oct 2021) and was absolutely fantastic! I can't rate Stacey high enough! Stan loved her and she was so good with him, he can be a bit naughty when it comes to finding things to do but Stacey took it all in her stride and even didn't mind sharing a bed with him. He had some lovely walks and cuddles... she even sewed up his fluffy sheep that Stan had destroyed a few days before. Stacey also looked after our guinea pigs and had cleaned them out for when we got home, she even cleaned our kitchen!
