“I sent an email to Kerry the day after one of her operatives clipped my dog and I was not happy with the result. Unfortunately I have not had a reply, now 3 days, the dog a small curly breed (water dog X) was clipped too short around her rear end and it is still causing her some discomfort as she is troubled by something in that area and keeps turning around to the base of her tail area. I can't see anything but something is clearly troubling her. The operative I presume an employee took 1 & 3/4 hours on a very hot day inside a van that was unfortunately not very clean to clip my dog. The dog was somewhat anxious and distressed when she came in. She has been clipped several times before and I've never had a problem , Yes I chose a short clip but the operative was not skilled or experienced enough to make it look right & comfortable for the dog. I'm sorry to have to leave this review but was left with no other choice.”
