Welcome to Hall Farm Cottages. Our spacious Norfolk Broads Holiday Cottages situated between the villages of Horning and Ludham a short drive from Wroxham. We are an ideal base for holidays and exploring the North Norfolk Coast, our aim is to provide luxury accommodation at affordable prices in the heart of the broads. These holiday cottages provide disabled access, with dog friendly accommodation available upon request. There are also options if you are on holiday with children of any age.

Bridgeview Cottage
Facing north east, with views over water meadows to Ludham Bridge, and the River Ant. Patio, complete with patio furniture. Heron Cottage
Facing north east, with views over woods and water meadows to the River Ant. The patio is complete with patio furniture and faces east to catch the early morning sun. With comfortable seating for four adults, colour TV with freeview, easterly aspect french window with views over woods and meadows to the River Ant; access to patio and lawns. SecondFrenchwindow to north giving access to car parking area. Open plan, with fully fitted pine units, stainless steel sink and ample work surfaces. Kestrel Cottage
Facing north and west, with views over woods and water meadows to the River Ant. The patio is complete with patio furniture and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun and the garden is enclosed.

Ramblers Cottage
Facing south west, the cottage and patio, which is complete with patio furniture, enjoy all the available sun for most of the day and evening. The lounge has comfortable seating for six adults, colour TV with freeview, large picture window with level access to patio and car parking .

The Loft
Facing south and west, views from the lounge window over the Bure Valley, stretch for about 10 miles, to Ranworth Church Tower and beyond. Plenty of wildlife, and boats sailing along the rivers. The bedroom window looks east with views over a medieval chapel to St Benet’s Abbey in the distance.
