Doggy Fun Day Care - Dog Day Care in Hindolveston, Norfolk
At Doggy Fun Day Care, we understand how much you cherish your dog. They are not just a pet, but an integral part of your family. That is why we have created a home from home loving environment for them to come and play, relax and overall, have fun. It took me a very long time to find someone I could trust to take care of my Labrador Tilly when I go away, so I know how difficult making the right decision can be. Hence Doggy Fun Day Care was created for all mad parents like me whose life revolves around their best friend and for those who only want the best for their besties!!
Dog Day Care
We are open from 8.00 am until 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. If you are in a full-time job or need to run errands for the day, or perhaps you need to visit someone for half-day, then we are here to take care of your valued member of the family. We offer two walks a day off-site as well as plenty of socialisation and activities in the play paddock. We have all sorts of stimulating games in the paddock including agility equipment (we do not teach agility). It’s mostly the humans weaving and crawling through the tunnel as the dogs watch on and laugh! Your best friend will have ample rest time in the home with us on numerous soft beds, or sofas. Your dog’s health and well-being is paramount to us, we therefore allow the dog's respite to rest and recharge throughout the day. A half-day trial will be required to ensure that Tilly our Lab accepts your pet over for a playdate.
Dog Boarding
We offer dog boarding for our regular dogs, but Tilly is the one who decides which of her friends she has for sleepovers! The same activities and rest times apply. No beds, or crates are required as we have plenty here for them to choose from. All you need to bring is their food and perhaps an old T-shirt of yours for them to have some form of familiarisation.
Requirements
All dogs are required to be fully inoculated to include Kennel Cough before their visit. Medical cards and insurance details must be available for us to view on their first visit. If they are 18 months, or over, then we require them to be neutered, or spayed. No dogs are permitted here at Doggy Fun Day Care if they have shown any sign of aggression towards other dogs, or humans. They must also be well socialised with other dogs. Please be advised that we do not accept all breeds of dogs. Please do not feel we are discriminating against some breeds, it's just that our Lab finds it difficult to bond with some types and every dog's welfare is paramount to us. Please advise us of your breed of dog on contacting us.

“I can’t recommend this doggy daycare enough! Amazing holiday experience with temporary care provided when needed! We visited Norfolk recently from Essex and had a wonderful break by the sea. We wanted a family day out at Bewilderwood but didn’t think it would be possible as our dog was on holiday with us and we wouldn’t dream of leaving her alone all day. I spoke with Nic and explained the situation, that we were looking for a daycare environment for one day only. Our Rosie is a rescue and can be wary of people but is used to attending a daycare local to our home regularly and loves playing with other dogs. Rosie took to Nic immediately however and I can’t thank Nic enough for the many picture and video updates throughout the day. On collection, Rosie went over to Nic when called, let Nic put the harness on her and was kissing/cuddling her. If we lived in norfolk we would be changing daycares to this one, but as it stands this will 100% be used again but us when on holiday. I was blown away by the care provided. ”

“Nic offers a truly home from home experience for our beloved pooch - I couldn’t wish for any more for him whilst he is in her care. He has the best of times (I know this because of the number of video updates I receive throughout the day) and always comes home exhausted. Red enjoys boarding at Doggy Fun Day Care so much, it has been known for me to have trouble persuading him to come home again - which has got to be a good sign that he has enjoyed his holiday as much as we have ours, knowing that we don’t need to worry about him at all.
