“Our dog Jacko is nearly 8 years old & a rescue dog we got during 2021, he'd been badly abused. His 1st groom today was at Posh Paws Blackfen. The attention both ourselves & Jacko received from our initial enquiry, the booking & the grooming today was great. Before leaving him we were asked about his history & anxieties. We were informed that although his fur needed shredded, that type of grooming should have been done since he was a pup & therefore not recommended at his age as he may become distraught. An alternative was suggested & he looks super after his full groom. During the hour Jacko was with the groomer she constantly reassured him he was a good boy & was doing well. ”
