“Very happy with end result, Paula asked me what I want done in respect to the type of cut that can be done to my border terrier, after a short discussion we decided what would be the best cut, and I was told how she would go about doing it, and as it was only the second time my dog had been groomed,, Paula would ease her into being done, and if my dog was not happy she would try another way. and on picking her up she smelt great and looked very smart, and was not fazed at being done. so Paula is our groomer from now on.”
