Park Farm Holidays - Dog Friendly Accommodation In Withern, Lincolnshire

Park Farm Holidays offer two traditional farm cottages and four log cabins for short breaks and holidays in East Lincolnshire.

Park Farm is located in the countryside on the edge of the village of Withern, close to both the Lincolnshire Wolds and the East Coast. The nearest towns are Alford, Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Louth each no more than a 15 minute drive away. Around an hours drive away you can visit the cities of Boston, Lincoln and Grimsby.

Cottages
Our pair of self catering farm cottages are semi-detached and were originally built for farm workers. Full of charm and original features these quaint cottages are the perfect place to relax and experience life in the peaceful countryside – even if it’s only for a few nights!

The cottages have three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a single in each, all with duvets. There is a bathroom upstairs. To keep them cosy and comfortable, both cottages are double glazed and centrally heated.Downstairs the lounges have a settee and easy chairs, coffee table and a flatscreen television and DVD player. A dining table and chairs in a corner.

The kitchens have built in units with electric cookers, microwave, kettle and toaster and a table and chairs. The fridge with freezer compartment is in the pantry. There is a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron shared between both cottages in the boiler room at the back.There is garden furniture for each cottage so there’s no need to be sat indoor on those long sunny evenings.

Log Cabins
The Park Farm Holidays Cabins are of timber construction inside and out and are designed to capture the atmosphere of the surrounding woodlands. You do not have to gather damp wood to make a fire before you can eat but a barbecue is available for guests who would like the outdoor cooking experience.

Our Cabins are double glazed and centrally heated so they are always cosy and comfortable. Goldcrest and Pheasant have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles, all standard sized. The beds have duvets. The bedrooms have a built in wardrobe and dressing table. Bathrooms have full sized baths with a shower over the bath. A lounge over 13 ft (4m) square with a kitchen area off one end.

The kitchen area has a fridge with a small freezer in the top, electric cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster etc. In the lounge there is a dining table and chairs, settee and two easy chairs, coffee tables and a flatscreen television with DVD player.

Dogs
We welcome dogs, provided that you bring their own beds, and do not allow them on chairs etc unless you cover them with your own rugs. You must also clean up after them. They must not be left unattended in the Cottages or Cabins. You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when we receive your deposit.
