Pankhurst Cottage is a lovely Victorian end terrace property located within the market town of Louth, set in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.

The town offers Georgian streets with grade II listed buildings, St James' Church, a Theatre, Cinema, Museum, Golf Course, Modern Leisure Centre Complex, a good selection of independent shops and a large assortment of eateries catering to all tastes.

The Cottage
Pankhurst Cottage is situated in Louth, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Located within the main, open living space are both the living and dining areas, where you'll find an electric fireplace, a 43-Inch Freesat Smart TV with a sound bar, a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, and a dining table which seats 4. WI-FI included.

Step through to the kitchen and you'll come across a number of appliances, including a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and DAB radio.

Leading from the kitchen is a shower room containing a a shower cubicle and toilet.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, and the second bedroom has a 3/4 double bed.

Also upstairs is a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

If you are bringing young children, a highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request.

Food and water bowls, treats, a pet towel and poo bags are all provided for your pet's convenenience along with a dog bed, you will need to use your own pet blanket or cushion for the bed however.

Outside is a large fully enclosed courtyard with seating provided in the form of a wooden bench and a patio table with four chairs.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are all provided. Heating and electricity costs are also included.

On-road parking is available close to or in front of the property.
