Welcome to Elms Farm Holiday Cottages, a unique collection of barns and stables converted into nine award winning holiday cottages in the peaceful Lincolnshire countryside.

 Beautiful award winning self catering cottages set around a pretty courtyard garden with a wildflower meadow and over 18 acres of grass paddocks for guests to enjoy. All our holiday cottages near Boston in Lincolnshire have been fitted and furnished to a high standard and offer guests a relaxing place to stay either for leisure or business

Bring your dog on holiday, we have dog friendly holiday cottages and plenty of walks for you to enjoy. We also have Stables and Elm Cottages which are pet free cottages for guests with allergies. Open all year, we invite you to stay on a farm and enjoy a relaxing self-catering holiday or short break in one of our comfortable cottages.

The following cottages are all dog friendly:

Oak Cottage
Oak is a spacious two bedroom family holiday cottage with excellent facilities and relaxing rural views. The large lounge has a cosy wood burner, fresh décor and soft leather sofas. French doors lead to your own patio seating area with garden furniture and a Hot Tub. Oak Cottage is one of our larger family-friendly cottages.



Yew Cottage
Overlooking our sunny courtyard garden, 4-Star Gold Award Yew cottage offers light and airy living accommodation with a modern open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area.Yew has a large super kingsize bedroom and a small twin bedroom plus a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Featuring our exclusive ‘state-of-the-art’ circular wood burner - as fitted and filmed for TV series The Gadget Show - this cottage is ideal for families and couples looking for a place to relax and unwind.



Ash Cottage
A modern open-plan cottage with an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, 4-Star Gold Award Ash cottage overlooks our pretty courtyard garden. With two bedrooms and family bathroom, Ash cottage is the ideal retreat for a peaceful break in welcoming and comfortable surroundings.



Beech Cottage
Beech Cottage has two twin bedrooms to sleep 4 guests. This cottage features an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, complete with a patio door to an outside seating and grassed area.

With wider doorways and level access throughout, this cottage is an ideal accommodation for a wheelchair user or less mobile person. Level floor shower room facilities include a raised toilet, adjustable washbasin, shower seat and grab rails around the toilet and shower.



Beech Cottage is one of our inter connecting cottages and has a connecting door in the lounge area to join with Holly Cottage or Stables Cottages if more bedrooms are required. Beech Cottage is very popular with larger families or for those requiring self catering group accommodation.

Holly Cottage
Holly Cottage is one of our 4 Star award winning accessible cottages. Holly has two comfortable twin bedrooms with handmade solid wood furniture, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner complete with a patio door to an outside seating area.

With wider doorways and level access throughout, this cottage is an ideal accommodation for a wheelchair user, disabled or less mobile person. Level floor shower room facilities include a raised toilet, adjustable washbasin, shower seat and grab rails.



Holly Cottage also has a connecting door in the lounge area to join more than one cottage together - a popular feature for larger family and friends group accommodation.

Walnut Cottage
Walnut Cottage is one of our 4 Star Gold award winning self catering accessible cottages. Walnut has two comfortable twin bedrooms with handmade furniture, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner complete with a patio door to an outside seating and grassed area. Walnut Cottage is step free with wider doorways and level access throughout, this cottage is an ideal accommodation for a wheelchair user or less mobile person. Level floor shower room facilities include a raised toilet, adjustable washbasin, shower seat and grab rails.  Walnut Cottage also has a connecting door in the lounge area to join more than one cottage together - a popular feature for those in a group or for carers.



Willows Cottage
Willow Cottage is one of our 4 Star Gold award winning accessible cottages. Willow has two comfortable twin bedrooms with handmade solid wood furniture, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner complete with a patio door to an outside seating area. With wider doorways and level access throughout, this cottage is an ideal accommodation for a wheelchair user or less mobile person. Level floor shower room facilities include a raised toilet, adjustable washbasin, shower seat and grab rails.  Willow Cottage also has a connecting door in the lounge area to join more than one cottage together - a popular feature for those in a group. If booked toghether Beech, Holly, Walnut and Willow would give you eight twin bedrooms to sleep sixteen guests.



Dogs
Here at Elms Farm we know that your dog is an important member of your family who you want to share your holiday with. Dogs are welcome in 7 of our 9 holiday cottages, we have over 18 acres of private grass paddocks with mown walkways around two small lakes for you to exercise your dogs.

Opposite our cottages is a riverside walk and by walking towards Boston the path leads to Oldrids Downtown and Tesco (about 2 miles), whilst walking in the opposite direction will lead you to The Barge pub and restaurant at Swineshead Bridge (about 3.5 miles). The Wheatsheaf pub at Hubberts Bridge is a dog friendly pub and well behaved dogs can sit with you in the bar area or at the picnic benches outside.

We have an outside tap near the laundry for washing muddy paws and spare doggy towels in the laundry for you to dry your dogs with. A spare lead and water/feeding bowls are also available.
