Barn Owl Cottage - Dog Friendly Holiday Accommodation in Boston, Lincolnshire

Barn Owl Cottage is a high quality one bedroomed barn conversion in an idyllic rural location, with woodburning stove and pet friendly enclosed garden for those wanting a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

The cottage lies just outiside the village of New Bolingbroke at the 10 mile midway point between the market towns of Horncastle and Boston.  Surrounded by the fertile soils of the fenland countryside you can choose to relax and unwind in the comfy sofas or open up the patio doors onto the patio area and enjoy the views across to the Lincolnshire Wolds. Wildlife is in abundance and you have a perfect viewpoint from which to watch the rabbits, hares and birdlife, in particular our own nesting barnowls.

Dogs are welcome (maximum 2) and we have an enclosed garden at the rear for them to let off a bit of steam.  As a county we are spoilt with the miles of country lanes, beaches and  woodland walks which you and your four legged friend can explore together.

We are ideally located for those of you who are interested in aviation heritage as within an 8 mile radius we have RAF Coningsby, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Thorpe Camp Visitor Centre and Lincolncolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre.

Accommodation:
Light and airy living space combined with fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, iron and ironing board.

TV/DVD and radio/CD player.  Wi-fi available.

The stylish bathroom has a shower over a p-shaped bath and heated towel rail.

The one bedroom can accommodate a maximum of three as it has a superking zip and link bed, plus foldaway single bed is available on request.

All beds are made up for arrival  Towels, including kitchen towels and tea towels, are also supplied.

Private lawned enclosed garden at rear with patio area and patio bench.

At the front there is parking for 2 cars on the gravel drive plus lawned area.
