A working beef and sheep farm of approximately 250 acres, you are welcome to come and see the cows, stroke the calves and horses or feed pet lambs at lambing time.

Sympathetically and tastefully restored from our old Dales barn, our holiday cottages have been designed with comfort in mind. All the modern conveniences you would expect have been discretely included to provide holiday accommodation of a very high standard. The spacious barn retains much of its original character with exposed beams, roof trusses and feature stonework.

Low Barn Holiday Cottage (sleeps 6)
Low Barn is a beautifully converted holiday cottage offering a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. With open-plan living, a wood-burning stove, and stunning countryside surroundings, it’s ideal for families or groups looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales. Enjoy scenic walks, cosy nights in, and a truly relaxing countryside escape.

Ground Floor
An open plan, double height sitting room with wood burning stove, adjoins a well equipped, full-size dining kitchen. There is a double bedroom with en-suite ‘wet room’ walk in shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

Six Steps lead down to:
Two further bedrooms – one twin room and one with full-size bunk beds. There is a separate bathroom with electric shower over the bath, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

Holme View (sleeps 4)
Traditional charm with modern comforts for a relaxing escape – Holme View is a characterful holiday cottage offering a warm and welcoming retreat for families and couples. With an open-plan living space, a wood-burning stove, and stunning countryside views, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Sleeping up to four guests, it can also be combined with Low Barn to accommodate larger groups of up to ten. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled stay, Holme View provides the ideal base.

First Floor
A galleried landing overlooking the sitting room. Two bedrooms – one double and one twin. Bathroom with electric shower over the bath, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

There is an interconnecting door through into Holme View cottage so the whole barn can be booked as one, making it suitable for parties of up to ten.

Pets Welcome
There are spacious gardens complete with furniture and a barbeque. Pets of all shapes and sizes are welcome and can be exercised in our fields. Stables are available (please enquire when booking).
