The picturesque town of Sandwich has a rich cultural heritage as one of the Cinque Ports. Sandwich is a true gem, being one of the best preserved medieval towns in the UK and is now in ownership of its own Magna Carta (discovered only this year). It has lots to see and do including the It is a lovely town to wander around with its narrow streets and timber framed buildings, the Guildhall with its ancient courtroom and museum, White Mill Rural Heritage Centre and four historic churches. There’s an independent retro cinema plenty of independent shops and eateries pubs and restaurants. There are many events in the town centre throughout the year including street festivals.

SandiLodge - Sleeps 8
This is an exceptional architecturally designed holiday home in the heart of Sandwich town. The front doors open up to a large open-plan living space. ​The entrance hall has an impressive glazed Crittall-style lobby with double doors to the large open-plan living space where a central J C Bordelet fireplace with suspended chimney takes pride of place. There is a huge L shaped sofa with scatter cushions dotted around, and another couple of easy chairs with a small table for those quieter conversations.

Downstairs there is also a high spec state of the art Hacker kitchen with volcanic stone veneer cabinets Silestone worktops and Siemens and Delonghi appliances and a wine fridge. A conservatory dining area as well as a terrace within a pretty walled garden is found off the kitchen area. Also on the ground floor you will find a twin room with ensuite shower, a separate wc and utility area with a second dishwasher, fridge/freezer and laundry facilities. The modern industrial theme is enhanced with the black metal steel roof trusses and cast iron radiators and the wonderful limestone staircase with industrial cast-iron handrails which ascends to the first floor.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and an ensuite shower room and the further two bedroom have super king beds which can be converted into twin rooms on request. There is also a modern, well appointed family bathroom.

Church View - Sleeps 6
‘Church View’ is a charming and well presented Grade II Listed Victorian house with lovely original features in the conservation area of Sandwich. Situated in the heart of this beautiful and historic town on the river and close to the sea. It is easy to get about on foot to access all shops, pubs and restaurants. Ideal for a relaxing break, and great for visiting the East Kent coastline. Next door to ‘Goats that Dance’ coffee shop and opposite the stunningly beautiful St Peter’s Church.

Spencer House - Sleeps 5
Our charming medieval cottage in the heart of historic Sandwich will not disappoint. Cape Cod-inspired 3 bedroom Spencer House has been lovingly renovated to provide a tranquil escape for couples, families and dog lovers.
Luxurious bed linen, a huge shower, sunny courtyard and tasteful furnishings complement the beachy theme.
Yet we are only a few steps away from an excellent array of delicious restaurants, cosy pubs, churches (climb the tower for stunning views), coffee shops, upmarket and quirky boutiques, delis, a variety of country river walks and 2 world class championship golf courses which make up beautiful Sandwich, one of the Cinque ports.
Dog-friendly Sandwich bay is only a 5 minute drive for beach-lovers.

The space Situated on a very quiet residential pedestrianised road, the cottage comfortably sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a sumptuous super king size bed which can be split into 2 singles if required – just state at time of booking.
There is also a double bedroom and a single.
The beds are extremely comfortable. The beautiful sun catching and very secluded courtyard, with seating for 5 is overhung with wisteria, jasmine, lavender and roses – a treat for your senses and a lovely spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
Relax in the lounge with large 4K UHD smart TV (Netflix included) and high speed wifi.
The brand new kitchen is immaculate and well equipped.
There is a microwave, good sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, in-tap filtered water and waste disposal as well as a feature butler sink.
The dining room also comfortably seats 6.
We provide a free parking pass for Zone J street parking nearby and town car parks.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is an additional charge of £15 per dog per night and we provide a stairgate to prevent access to the first floor.

SandiBay - Sleeps 12
Only moments away from a beautiful beach, SandiBay is the perfect house for families looking for a coastal break or golfers looking for a base to tour the local championship courses.

The property boasts a heated outdoor pool, 6 spacious but cosy bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a large open plan kitchen, dining, living room with floor to ceiling windows and doors that lead out to the front lawn.

Modern and light, this newly refurbished property looks out over the nature reserve between Sandwich and Deal. With modern, coastal inspired design, the property feels light and understated. There is a courtyard in the heart of the house, leading into the living areas and hallways, each with double doors leading out to the garden and pool area.

Looking over the pool is a secluded summer terrace with a BBQ and uniquely designed outdoor furniture, making it the perfect spot for a sundowner in the evening and delicious home made feasts during the summer. The kitchen has an abundance of modern facilities, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, NutriBullet, smart oven, gas hobs and all the utensils guest would need during their stay.
