It turned out that a grass seed had gone right into her paw and needed an operation, I can't imagine what would have happened had it not been noticed. “Victoria was very unprofessional. On several occasions she swore in front of us and was always very negative of our dog since day one. He is a big dog and he has just turned 1 so is still very much a puppy. We were told 'come pick up your twat of a dog' she called him an 'asbo' dog. He couldn't get out of there quick enough. She then criticised my dog to my mother and said we haven't trained him properly. Victoria doesn't see Ollie every day so doesn't see how well trained we have him and has no grounds to critique us as owners. Not impressed.”
