“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a Hip Brace for my dog, which I was told was out of stock, but they would be in stock in 10 days, they advised to order it online, pay for it and then they would ship as soon as new stock came in - which I did. Two weeks went by and no updates, so I got in touch on 16th May and was told new stock was due on 18th May. On the 17th May I received an email saying there were further delays and they were going to DOUBLE THE PRICE ! At no point was a price increases ever mentioned when I was discussing which brace I needed, or when there were delays. If they were getting new stock in, and they had placed the order with their Suppliers, they would have known how much it was costing. THIS FEELS VERY MUCH LIKE A SCAM - BE WARNED!”
