We offer 3 self-catering cottages (consistently rated 3* by STB or Wyndham vacation rentals), each sleeping 1-4, in the beautiful Cairngorms National Park (great dog-walking countryside).

They are in a quiet location above Newtonmore, a traditional Highland village, with stunning views of both the Cairngorm and Monadhliath mountains.

Each cottage contains a living room with dining/kitchen area, bedroom and shower room, is warm and comfortable and has cooker/fridge/microwave and cooking equipment. Prices from £290 pw.

The cottages are close to the Highland Folk and Highland Wildlife parks. Wildlife and activities including walking, cycling, skiing, fishing, horse riding, gliding and water sports abound.

Loft Cottage
This self-catering cottage, the biggest of our cottages, is known as Cairngorm family cottage on Airbnb. It is best suited for couples, three singles or a family with two children. It was rated 3* by Wyndham Vacation Rentals (2019).

It comprises a large upstairs family bedroom with one king size and two single beds, shower room and combined living/ dining room with kitchen area. There is a new sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen comes equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, and all cooking equipment. There is a TV/DVD, and wi-fi, also a comfortable settee and armchair. Prices include 4 towels, bedlinen, and electricity.

Barn Cottage
This ground floor self-catering cottage is also known as Cairngorm cottage for couples on Airbnb. It is suitable for couples, or a couple with one friend/ child. It is the warmest cottage if staying in winter! It was rated 3* by Wyndham Vacation Rentals (2019).

It comprises a double bedroom, shower / toilet, and combined living/ dining room with kitchen area. A small single futon bed is available to place in the living room. The kitchen contains a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, and cooking equipment. There is a wall-mounted TV/ DVD, hi-fi and wi-fi, also a settee and armchair. All rooms are on the ground floor. Prices include 4 towels, bedlinen, and electricity.

Stable cottage
Stable cottage, called Cairngorm cottage sleeps 4 on Airbnb, is a self-catering ground floor cottage. It is wheelchair accessible with wide doors, a ramp to the door, no internal steps and a very large walk in shower room and toilet. It comprises a combined living/ dining room containing twin beds and a kitchen area, and a small bedroom with two bunk beds. It thus sleeps 4 and works well for a family with 2 young children. The kitchen contains a cooker, microwave, fridge, and all cooking equipment. There is a TV with internal DVD player, hi-fi and wi-fi.
