Not far from Fort William, Achaderry Estate offers a tranquil and magnificent location for your holiday at any time of the year. Achaderry Estate provides a choice of quality self-catering accommodation for all the family, set in a 400-acre estate amongst the majesty of the mountains and forests of the most beautiful Scottish Highlands and overlooking the Nevis Ski Centre at Aonach Mor. The very well equipped 4 bedroom farmhouse, 3 and 4 bedroom cottages along with 2 bedroom log cabins, each have spectacular views.

Farmhouse
The farmhouse was built in 1859 and has been tastefully restored over recent years, so you can have a fine self catering holiday in what is know as the outdoor capital of the UK. As well as our farmhouse accommodation having all of the essentials, The Hot Tub is an added bonus so that you can relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery, overlooking Nevis range. Alternatively, you may choose to relax by watching Sky Sports on the 40 inch TV. The log fire adds to the warm, cosy atmosphere and is a welcome treat after a day outdoors in the gem of the Scottish Highlands. The log basket is always full so enjoy. The Aga in the kitchen gives you the feel of the farmhouse at its best. We are certain you will be delighted when you stay in our self- catering farmhouse accommodation.

Cottages
Our cottages are ideal for families or groups wishing to stay at Achaderry Estate, in the hamlet of Roy Bridge. The cottages sit within an impressive 400-acres where you have free reign to roam around the fields and woodland. Our cottages offer outstanding views of the Nevis Range. Nearby is the Ben Nevis Distillery, Mallaig Marine World and a golf course. They are just a few of the local attractions. The pub (serving great local food and drink) is within walking distance and there is a train station (Direct line from Glasgow to Fort William) close by should you prefer not to drive.

Log Cabins
After a busy day, sit on the deck of this lodge and take in the stunning scenery. Our Log Cabins are very well-equipped, with stunning views over the Nevis mountain range and surrounding Scottish highland countryside. The accommodation  offers an open plan dining, cooking and living room with 2 adjoining bedrooms. Private parking is onsite for 2 cars.

About our Highland Estate
The estate has tracks for off road biking or walking, it has woodlands for roaming and lochans to watch the ducks in their natural habitat, maybe you could enjoy a picnic here, or even have a BBQ. All the time you can feel the calmness with a chance of seeing the deer standing looking at you from afar. In the summer the silver birch look so elegant gently swaying like a pendulum as they show off their thin branches supporting their almost round leaves. Autumn time at Achaderry Estate is beautiful, with all of the shades of colour associated with this time of year.
