“We have had a rescue terrior x for around 2 years. He was only 8 months old when we first had him and was suffering from acute anxiety having been left home alone for his entire life. We managed to eliminate the worst of the home based bad habits but had failed dismally to stop him going crazy when he met other dogs which made walks a nightmare. If he saw other dogs when off lead he was off regardless of any commands and we lost him on a couple of occasions. We tried other trainers and training regimes to no effect. Today we met Lily for the first time and within minutes we knew she was talking our language. She explained that Noodle was not trying to be top dog (others said he was trying to assert his authority) but was in fact anxious about meeting other dogs and was trying to control the situation. Immediately the penny dropped for us. We went out walking and she showed us how to deal with situations that we meet regularly which trigger the barking and also explained what Noodle was feeling during these events and how to get him to calm down afterwards. It all made such perfect sense at last. Within hours Lily mailed us a training program which we can understand.and we now feel confident we have the tools to deal with our beautiful boys issues and turn him into the wonderful dog he deserves to be. We are looking forward to showing Lily our "New and improved" Noodle in a few weeks time. We also hope at some point to join a training class. Thank you so much Lily. Your the light at the end of our tunnel!”

“Lily has really helped us understand more modern training techniques which are much better suited to Dalmatians and the best way to help Winston become a charming, obedient (yet still cheeky!) and loved member of the household. My partner, who has never owned a dog before and has come to this rather reluctantly, has been helped in developing a strong relationship with Winston and better understands Winston's behaviour and how to deal with doggy trantrums. Best of all, the training has enhanced Win's sense of humour, not stifled it.”
