Adam Lodge (sleeps 2)
Adam Lodge is one of a pair of delightful Grade 2 listed sandstone gatehouse lodges. These original gatehouse lodges with stunning views of the beautiful lake are named after two of the oldest oak trees in Herefordshire, one of which is still visible from the lodges. Adam lodge is a spectacular property for couples seeking a private break away, with it being nestled at the bottom of our estate. The lodge is fitted to a high standard and has its own private garden complete with sauna, new hot tub in 2021 and fire pit/BBQ.

Butlers Cottage (sleeps 8)
Spend your holiday at Butlers Cottag, a 4 bedroom property with conservatory. With a sheltered spa area consisting of a large hot tub and sauna in the private enclosed garden. Butlers Cottage can be let with Poachers Barn. Known as estate lodge, this gives guests access to both properties and spa facilities.

Estate Lodge (sleeps 14)
Get together in Estate Lodge. Combining both Butlers Cottage and Poachers Barn through interconnecting gardens, Estate Lodge gives guests access to all spa facilities ; hot tub, sauna and swimming pool. With the added bonus of having two properties to socilaise in. The Perfect place for celebrations!

Eve Lodge (sleeps 2)
Come on vacation at Eve Lodg, a one bedroom holiday let with sheltered spa area consisting of a hot tub and sauna. The property is part of the original Victorian gatehouse. Eve Lodge's windowed spiral staircase shows panoramic views across the lower estate. With plenty of contained woodland and lakes to walk around. Eve Lodge is most perfect for lovely romantic getaways!

Gardeners Cottage (sleeps 4)
Pack your bags and boots then head for Gardeners Cottage, a spacious bungalow at the top of Pudleston Court Estate. The living area has a beautifully vaulted ceiling and is the prime place to cosy up in th evening. Within the enclosed private garden is a sheltered hot tub with breath-taking sunset views over neighbouring fields. The perfect property for a getaway with family and friends!

Poachers Barn (sleeps 6)
Stay in Poachers Barn, a 3 bedroom property with smart TVs throughout and exclusive access to the indoor heated poo. With a cosy living room complete with log burner with an open plan feel.  Poachers Barn is perfect for a family getaway! Poachers Barn can be let with Butlers Cottage (known as Estate Lodge), this gives guests access to both properties and spa facilities.

The Barn (sleeps 12)
Make a splash at The Barn, a 6 bedroom , 6 bathroom property with a beautiful bespoke gable ended kitchen equipped with range cooker and large American fridge freezer. A cosy living room complete with log burber, smart TV and enough seats for the family. The private heated indoor pool has bi-fold doors across the frontage. Inthe private garden is a sheltered alfresco dining area.

The Gaggles (sleeps 8)
Step inside The Gaggles, a quaint brick cottage consisting of four bedrooms, with exclusie use of a large hot tub under a wooden shelter. It won't be long until you reach supreme relaxation. The perfect place for a family get together with large living, cooking and dining areas.

Local to us
For keen walkers, taking in stretches of Offa’s Dyke (26 miles away) or following the Mortimer Trail (8 miles away) will be a must. There are many National Trust properties and gardens to enjoy such as Croft Castle (5 miles away) , Berrington Hall (3 miles away) Brockhampton Estate (8 miles away) and The Weir Garden (11 miles away) as well as the Hampton Court gardens (4 miles away)

Horse riding, cycling and fishing are also very popular, there are fishing pools and several golf courses in the area, please ask the staff for details.
