Abersoch - Dog Friendly Beach in Pwllheli, Gwynedd

Located on the South side of the Lllyn peninsula, Abersoch Beach has Blue Flag status.

As well as the excellent bathing water quality and seasonal lifeguard cover, the beach is regularly cleaned in the summer.



Abersoch is a Mecca for water sports and a very popular spot for sailing.

Boat trips run out to St Tudwal and Bardsea Island.

There are great views of the mountains of West Wales from here and you can surf around the corner, at Hell's Mouth or Porth Ceriad.
