One of the loveliest beaches we have ever visited. Easy to find on the a499 between porthmadog and caernarfon. Follow the signpost down a winding country road. Beautiful views of snowdonia and a gorheous sandy beach. Large dog friendly section in between two non doggy beaches so check the signs. Good amenities in this quiet location including public toilets, kids play area, couple of cafes, fish and chip shop and a shop that sells everything you will need gor a day at the beach. Free parking and all the ingredients for a great day out at this unspoilt beach with lovely clear water. My dog loved vhasing his tennis ball on the beach all day and the kids had a fab time too.
