Our self-catering houses and cottages are very well equipped and provide a real home from home, perfect for family holidays, many including Sky TV and wireless broadband internet. Many of our properties are family-friendly and have high chairs, travel cots and stairgates available at no extra cost.

The Llŷn is an area of outstanding natural beauty with a choice of fantastic beaches and activities. Sailing, surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, diving, karting, archery, ten-pin bowling, cycling and walking are all available locally and attractions such as the Snowdonia National Park and Portmeirion Village are less than an hour’s drive away up the coast.

Naturally, the first thing any dog owner visiting the Llŷn Peninsula wants to know is, where are the dog friendly beaches? Well, luckily for you, they are everywhere! Llanbedrog beach is one of the area’s most beloved and is dog-friendly all year round. Located on the southern edge of the Llŷn Peninsula, this idyllic beach is perfect for a long dog walk and splash in the rolling waves.

If calm, remote beaches are your thing, then be sure to visit Porth Ceiriad. Located on the Wales Coast path and perfect for surfers, this beach is perfect for humans and dogs who love to breathe in the fresh sea air and get away from the crowds.

Speaking of beach walks, Abersoch and the Llŷn Peninsula offer a number of fantastic dog walks, along the Wales Coast Path and across the beautiful countryside that lies inland. A walk around Porthdinllaen, a historic fishing village bordering the Irish Sea, is one of our local team’s favourite dog walks. Along the way, you can stop for a drink and bite to eat at the lovely Ty Coch Inn before heading to the beach, past the lifeboat station and through the scenic golf course.
