Forest Oak Farm, near Lydney in Gloucestershire, is a family run estate specialising in holiday, training and event hire. Opened in 2012 and set out over twenty acres of fields, lakes and woodland with many mature trees; the Farm is a spacious, welcoming haven for dog friendly holidays and events as well as a family home and wedding venue.

We pride ourselves on having created a very special, welcoming and unique setting that allows us to tailor our services and facilities to fit your individual requirements.

Our campsite near the Forest Of Dean is a first class base for your stay in the Royal Forest with its' terrific forest walks, loads of cycle tracks, lakes and secluded valleys all managed by the Forestry Commission. See if you can spot any of the Wild Boar and Deer which make the Royal Forest their home, but for safety's sake keep your distance.

We're within easy reach of many towns and villages like Coleford, Cinderford, Lydney, Tintern, St Briavels, Soudley, Newent, Chepstow, Ross-on-Wye, Mitcheldean, Monmouth and Gloucester itself.  Symonds Yat is just fifteen miles away with its canoeing, kayaking and other outdoor activities.

We believe having space is a right not a luxury. So you will find all the accommodation areas, including the camping pitches, are designed to create 'a little world of your own' amongst friends and like minded people.

We offer a holiday experience where you can get in touch with nature. Our camping field is situated next to a lake where you can relax, have a picnic or barbeque. We are centrally based so you can easily enjoy all that The Forest of Dean and The Wye Valley have to offer.

It's ideal for nature lovers, groups of friends and couples who wish to stay where there is no noisy bar and club.
