Since 1970 - the Dean Forest Railway has been operating a Heritage Railway in the Forest of Dean.
It now operates over a 4.5mile stretch taking in some Beautiful scenery and some period stations. Steam locos operate regularly - alpngside some heritage railcars and diesels.
